Meet elephants, lions, kangaroos, meerkats and more. Go nose to nose with prairie dogs in their interactive habitat where viewing bubbles allow you to get up close and personal with these entertaining creatures.  The Virginia Zoo is home to 400 animals, on 53 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.
